Some organizations work from 8 a.m.-4 p.m., others from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., or something completely different. In Workplace Central, the work hours are visible, and the timespan is indicated so you can easily reschedule the meetings. Having the work hours visible gives the advantage that you don't have to keep a close eye on the time indicator to the left in the grit view in Workplace Central.
