Room display

What is room display?

Room displays are screens adjacent to a meeting room highlighting the availability of the room. The screens are usually tablets from service providers such as Crestron, Apple, Phillips, etc. For more information check out the AskCody hardware compatibility. 

On the meeting room displays, you'll be able to see:

• The availability of the room
• The meeting room name
• Schedule of the day
• Be allowed to instantly book meetings on screen

On the screen, you are also able to report equipment issues, which will add support tickets for your service teams. You can also add check-in procedures. To make sure that people are physically present in the room, which will limit "no-show" meetings.
