Schedule view gives admins a better overview 

Introducing the new Schedule view: a powerful tool for office admins that provides a comprehensive overview of all workplace activities, accommodating over 30 conference rooms in a single view. 

Now available for Microsoft 365 customers.

New view same robust feature set as Central

In the new Schedule view, you'll enjoy the same features already available in Central. You can easily drag-and-drop meetings and access more information in each meeting card.

But that's not all—we've added a hover function to Workplace Central, allowing you to quickly hover over each meeting to access more information.

Changes to menu structure in Admin Portal

We are updating the menu structure in the Admin Portal to ensure easier navigation for end-users. Central is now a menu item making it easier to open your workplace calendar quickly, and the 'List view' in Central has been relocated to 'All bookings' in the Bookings section. The changes will impact users with access to Central (C), Booking (B), and our new Maps (M) in the AskCody Admin Portal. 

You can expect in-app communication to guide admins around the platform. 

What's next?

The 'Schedule view' is now live and at your disposal.

Looking ahead, we'll soon introduce personal avatars into Central and Maps. This will offer a visual upgrade to the Platform making it easier to identify users based on their Microsoft profile image.
