To drive our continued growth in the Nordics market, we are seeking an energized and goal-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join our team.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring and growing enterprise customers in the Nordics. You will navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, leverage consultative sales strategies, and drive long-cycle enterprise deals with large organizations.

This role requires a self-driven, highly responsible, and results-oriented sales professional with a deep understanding of SaaS, cloud solutions, and workplace technology.

What will you be doing?

Key responsibilities

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue from our strategic customer segment, Large Corporate Offices, Financial and Professional Services firms (500-5000 employees), in the Nordics.

You will be:

  • Initiating outbound prospecting, social selling (LinkedIn) and supporting partner channels in finding and cultivating leads and opportunities.
  • Managing and driving the entire sales process from creating a lead/opportunity to closed won, being the one in charge of the entire sales cycle and customer journey.
  • Drive value-based and consultative sales, diagnosing customer challenges, educate customers on both challenges and solutions, and aligning AskCody’s solutions with measurable business outcomes.
  • Navigate long and complex sales cycles, ensuring consistent follow-ups, progression and engagement with a large and diverse stakeholder landscape.
  • You will be managing and cultivating a portfolio of existing customers in the Nordics overseeing the commercial partnership, being responsible for renewals and expanding this portfolio, ensuring a high retention rate.
  • You'll be able to confidently run demonstrations and storytelling of the AskCody platform, and field any objections or questions from customers. However, we also expect you’ll be able to tag-team with your colleagues from the Customer Operations Team, when it makes sense, as we are a team selling to a team.
  • You’ll be responsible for accurate forecasting and managing your pipeline hygiene.

What we expect from you

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Sales or Account Management role, where you have had exposure to outbound prospecting and generating leads.
  • Proven experience in managing, creating and overseeing your own pipeline.
  • Strong consultative selling and solution-based sales approach – not transactional selling.
  • Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles and handling complex negotiations, with a diverse stakeholder landscape.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales is a benefit.
  • You can speak to your successful track record from experience within a closing and/or upselling role.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation. We believe in great storytelling!
  • Strong pipeline management skills.
  • Proactive, persistent, and resilient – ability to follow up consistently and drive deals forward.
  • Technical proficiency in SaaS, cloud computing, and Microsoft 365 integrations is a sure benefit.
  • You can show us your drive and ability to constantly learn, grow and adapt to change. Curiosity is king!
  • Fluent in Danish and English is required.

  • You will become an AskCody Product Master, getting in-depth understanding of AskCody’s suite and each module and feature addresses specific customer needs and challenges. You will be trained to be the Product Expert, as we believe it is required to succeed when selling a complex SaaS platform.
