In Customer Experience, we are looking for a motivated individual ready to join our team. We are a small team with two employees in our Aalborg office and one in Boston, but we work closely together and collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure a seamless process for bringing in new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Our focus is on understanding client needs, gathering feedback, and proactively addressing concerns to enhance their overall experience.

In our team, we prioritize supporting one another, valuing each other's contributions, and balancing professionalism with camaraderie. While we take our commitment to delivering exceptional service seriously, we also make time for team bonding and foster a positive, friendly atmosphere.

About you

Are you our new Customer Experience Intern?

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering the best experience for our clients. You might be studying Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a similar field.

What we view as important in the role are strong communication skills, which are essential for interacting effectively with clients. You should also have a good understanding of business and service, enabling you to identify opportunities for improving customer interactions.

We're looking for a proactive problem-solver who can develop creative solutions to enhance the customer experience. Empathy is key – understanding clients' perspectives and emotions helps us deliver better service. Additionally, adaptability is crucial to meet evolving client needs, and collaboration is at the heart of our team.

We expect you to be a supportive team player who values working closely with others. Most importantly, we value a genuine desire to learn, grow, and deepen your understanding of customer experience.

Key responsibilities during your internship

Customer communication
Help us create and develop our communication strategies with customers.
Customer success
Assist customers by providing insights into their platform usage, as well as supporting them with guides and Help Center articles.
Specific projects
Be a part of a customer project in collaboration with another department within our organization.
